Golden Bear Men Finish 12-0 at Home, Regional Play Ahead

ROCK HILL, S.C. - The Clinton College Golden Bears men's basketball program closed out the regular season in dominant fashion, finishing a perfect 12-0 at home amd 17-6 overall while defending "The Den" with pride all year long.

Behind a focused and physical performance, the Bears secured a strong 121-76 win over VU Lynchburg, putting an exclamation point on an undefeated home slate. From opening tip to final buzzer, the energy inside the gym matched the standard this team has built all season — toughness, togetherness, and relentless effort.

Five in Double Figures

The regular season finale was a complete team performance, with five Golden Bears scoring in double figures.

  • Jordan Snipes Campbell led the way with 27 points and 4 steals, setting the tone offensively and defensively.
  • Cori Miller added 22 points and 7 rebounds, providing consistent scoring and presence on the glass.
  • Isaiah Borders delivered 20 points and 9 rebounds, controlling key stretches of the game.
  • Kipplyn Richvine contributed 19 points and 5 rebounds, attacking efficiently and keeping pressure on the defense.
  • Jordan Edmond secured a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds, anchoring the interior and finishing possessions.

Clinton had balanced scoring, shared responsibility, and championship habits in 2025-26.

Rolling Into the Postseason

The Golden Bears, under head coach Jamir Cheek, have lost only one time in the new year, a testament to their growth, maturity, and ability to respond to adversity. Since turning the calendar, this group has played with urgency and purpose, understanding that every possession matters as postseason play approaches.

But inside the program, the mindset remains clear: The job is nowhere near finished.
