Clinton Men Secure At-Large Bid to NCCAA National Tournament

POINT LOOKOUT, MO - The 6th seeded Clinton College Men's Basketball team has received an at-large bid to the 2026 NCCAA Div. I National Tournament, the league annouced on Saturday.

The Golden Bear men (17-7) received the 6th seed and will face off with the #3 seed Lancaster Bible College (PA) on Wednesday morning at 9:30 AM ET from the campus of the College of the Ozarks in Missouri.

LBC, a NCAA Div. III team out of Lancaster, PA is 20-8 on the season and recently finished 2nd in their Region tournament falling to the NCCAA #5 seed Ohio Christian.

Clinton, coached by Jamir Cheek, fell 76-73 to rival Paine College in the South Region semis last week but finished 4-1 in the South and had enough quality wins to earn the bid to nationals. Nearby South Region foe, CIU is also the #4 seed in the tournament.

If Clinton wins it's quarterfinal game on Wednesday, they will then play in the semis on Thursday afternoon at 4:30 pm.

All games from the NCCAA Division I Men's Basketball National Championship will be streamed live on the NCCAA Network.
