Entering her junior season at Clinton, Sierra Faulkner has already established herself as one of the most impactful student-athletes in the history of Clinton Volleyball. A dynamic playmaker and floor leader, Sierra holds the program record for most assists in a single season with 835 and has accumulated 1,304 career assists, continuing to set the standard for excellence within the program.

A two-time First Team All-Region selection, Sierra has played a significant role in the continued growth and success of Clinton Volleyball. During her career, she was a key contributor to the historic 2025 season that captured the program’s first-ever Regional Championship title, helping establish a new standard of success for Clinton Volleyball.

Known for her ability to elevate the performance of those around her, Sierra became the first player in program history to record multiple triple-doubles in a season, accomplishing the feat twice during the 2025 campaign. Her volleyball IQ, communication skills, and ability to make plays in critical moments have made her an essential leader for the program.

When asked why she chose Clinton, Sierra will tell you that the decision was about more than volleyball. She was drawn to the family atmosphere, the energy of the program, and the resilience she saw when watching the team compete. The connection she felt with the coaching staff and the personality of the program made Clinton the place where she wanted to continue her collegiate career.

Beyond volleyball, Sierra’s goals extend into entrepreneurship, as she aspires to build a successful future and own her own business. Her leadership, commitment to excellence, and ability to bring positive energy to those around her continue to reflect the qualities expected of a Clinton student-athlete.

As she begins her junior season, Clinton Volleyball is excited for the continued contributions Sierra will bring to the team as she continues building her legacy within the program.
