Returning for her sophomore season, Madison Weber is an explosive outside hitter from Keller, Texas, whose competitive fire and leadership quickly established her as one of the program's cornerstones. As a freshman, Madison earned the trust of her teammates and coaching staff by serving as a floor captain while playing a pivotal role in Clinton College's historic 2025 Regional Championship season.

Madison finished her freshman campaign with 113 kills, averaging nearly 3.0 kills per set, while consistently providing an offensive spark and relentless energy on both sides of the ball. Her aggressive style of play, fearless approach, and ability to compete at a high level make her one of the most exciting players to watch. She is direct, accountable, and demands excellence from herself and her teammates, qualities that naturally position her as a leader on and off the court.

Her outstanding freshman season was recognized with Clinton College's Freshman of the Year Award, a testament to both her athletic performance and her impact on the program.

Madison chose Clinton because she immediately felt valued.

"I chose Clinton because of the atmosphere and the passion from my coaches. They made me feel seen and wanted. The atmosphere overall was just warming and an exciting place to be."

Although she had multiple collegiate opportunities, Clinton stood apart from the moment she stepped on campus.

"My recruiting story is pretty simple. I had a couple of different offers and places I visited. Clinton was one of the last schools I visited, and the moment I got there I knew it was for me."

The culture of the program continues to fuel her passion for competing.

"Some things that attracted me to the program were the drive and willingness of my coaches and the rest of my teammates. Everyone makes you feel seen."

Looking ahead to her sophomore season, Madison has set ambitious goals for herself and the team.

"My personal goals are to get another ring, have a career-high season, and break some records."

She believes her greatest strengths as a leader are rooted in her competitive mindset and ability to bring people together.

"My leadership qualities are my competitive nature, my drive to win, communication—making sure we're all on the same page—and my adaptability. I find ways to work around my opponents when things aren't working."

As Madison continues to develop every aspect of her game, the coaching staff believes she has the potential to earn national recognition. With her work ethic, relentless drive, and unwavering competitive spirit, she is poised to become one of the premier outside hitters in the region while helping lead the Golden Bears in pursuit of another championship.
